Getting Started at YogiVibes

If you are new to yoga and have specific questions, we invite you to call us and we'd be happy to answer your questions. 

In general the classes we recommend new students start out with the

following classes:

Restorative-Yin 

Therapeutic Movement

Mindful Movement

Gentle

Vinyasa I

All of the above classes are suitable for beginners. You can check the class schedule for specific times of each class listed above.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

  •  We have mats and everything you need for class. All you need to do is show up. :)

  • We are located INSIDE the juice bar. You can enter through the front of the juice bar or there is a door around the back of the building. 

  • Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to set-up. We start and end all classes on time.

  • Please take your shoes off upon entering the studio and placing them up on the shelf.

  • Please silence or turn off your cell phone and leave it on the shelf.

  • The teacher will show you around and help you get the props you need.
